Jill Bachman


Jill Bachman’s expertise and empathy is borne out of the personal experience she has had dealing with the struggles and triumphs of infertility, pregnancy loss, and childbearing. Jill Bachman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty-five years of experience helping individuals, families, and groups. Her many years as a medical social worker have evolved into a specialty helping people cope with medical conditions and subsequent feelings of loss and lack of control.

Jill is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Social Work with a BSW and an MSW. Her MSW had a concentration in Family Systems and Mental Health. She is also an LCSW in Connecticut, an LMSW in New York, and is recognized to practice independently by the Academy of Certified Social Workers. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples on their journey to become parents. Her role at WSS will include interviewing intended parents in order to create awareness as to the many issues and complexities surrounding surrogacy journeys.
